Issues but promising

Been using for an hour setting up all my information when I ran into a snag and can not proceed. I am unable to create new service items for an invoice. I emailed them and got a response within 10 minutes, at 2:30AM central. Pretty good customer service from a small dev but well see how this issue is fixed and what other issues may be looming.
